the recent art (blue baby in the chest and isaac) didn't do good on twitter and now i feel kinda bad so i think the next new art will be DELAYED... maybe i could repost older isaac art i've made.

Think of it this way: Twitter is Twitter. It'll always be bad and nothing will change that, so don't let that dictate your actions. Just go with your heart what feels right to YOU, and if you still feel bad about the reception, then try that while experimenting to figure out what people would like more from your art. From what I've seen, you can make some pretty good art.
